When regulatory capture occurs by anarcho-corporates and sado-philanthropists, it poses a significant challenge for anti-corruption agencies and regulatory bodies tasked with investigating and combating corruption. In such a scenario, where regulatory agencies themselves are captured or compromised by powerful interests, it is essential to explore alternative strategies and mechanisms to address corruption and hold the corrupt accountable. It has been evident that morally strong individuals have taken a stand against the pharma-military-financial industrial complex, but it has never worked out well for these would-be whistleblowers.
Independent Oversight Body
It is suggested that independent oversight bodies with the authority to investigate allegations of corruption, misconduct, and regulatory capture can help provide a check on regulatory agencies and ensure impartial scrutiny of their actions. However, these oversight bodies will never be endowed with effective investigative powers, autonomy, and resources to conduct inquiries, uncover wrongdoing, and hold accountable those responsible for regulatory capture.
The oversight body that can have any impact on the destiny of humanity is the one that operates on the etheric scale – a network of saints, rishis and boddhisatvas who conspire to influence the anomalous behaviour of corrupt systems, objects and individuals is emerging into the collective consciousness. The nodes of that network are operative, yet general awareness of it is unlikely to expand beyond technocratic consciousness researchers and fringe theoreticians.
